    Gold Service Value Plan

  • File Management - We will check your system for any registry files that are no longer needed. We will also check your system for temporary files that may be slowing your computer down.

  • Installation of Free Antivirus Software- We will make sure your antivirus software is up to date. If you do not have any Anti-Virus software, we will install this at your request.

  • Installation of Free Spyware Software - We will make sure your spyware software is up to date. If you do not have any spyware software, we will install this at your request.

  • Installation of Free Firewall - We will check your Firewall for operation. If you do not have a firewall we will one for free at your request.

  • We will inspect your computer and make any recomendations to help your computer operate more efficiently and faster.


    Platinum Service Value Plan

  • The Platinum Service will include everthing in the Gold Service and more.

  • Sortware Update Check - I will check and make sure your Microsoft Products are updated to the latest Service Packs and Patches.

  • Run Disk Defragmenter and Scan Disk - This will make sure your computer is optimized and running efficently.

  • Run Windows Diagnostics - I will run diagnostics on your computer to make sure your computer is configured correctly. This will also let me know if your computer is having any hardware of software issues.

  • Debris Buildup Check - I will clean dust out of the computer. I will also check and clean all fans in the computer. If a computer builds up too much dust, it can cause your computer to overheat and possibly cause of fire.

  • Check and optimize TCP/IP and Internet Browser Settings. This will ensure fast and fun web browsing.
